I may occasionally run out of rice but I always have a steady stock of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kawalingpinoy.com\/ginisang-sardinas-at-miswa\/\">miswa<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kawalingpinoy.com\/pancit-bihon-guisado\/\">bihon<\/a>, or sotanghon packages in my pantry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love that they can be added to various <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kawalingpinoy.com\/ginisang-sardinas-at-miswa\/\">dishes<\/a> to cheaply extend servings or how they can easily be thrown together with bits of this and that into a quick meal. They'll soften and cook in the pan with the rest of the ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Stir fries are a quick process. Have all the meat and veggies prepared and ready to go before starting.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the ingredients in uniform bite sizes for quick and even cooking.<\/li>\n<li>For best results, keep the vegetables tender-crisp.
