Drain well, flake, and toss with the other ingredients.<\/li><li>Another great option is tinapa which not cuts prep time but also adds a smoky layer of flavor. Use high-smoke point oils such as safflower, canola, peanut, or corn.<\/li><li>Fry at the optimal oil temperature range of 350 F\u00a0 to 375 F. Too high, the wrapper will brown too quickly. Do not overcrowd, and cook in batches as needed.<\/li><li>Airfry at 400 F for 4 minutes. If you're serving them later, freeze or refrigerate the spring rolls uncooked. <\/li><li>To freeze, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, cover with film, and freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
