I don't recommend canned peas as they're overly salty and not very appetizing.<\/li><li><strong>Cashews<\/strong>- choose unsalted and roast them to bring out aroma and flavor<\/li><li><strong>Cornstarch<\/strong>- to thicken the sauce and velvet the shrimp<\/li><li><strong>Soy sauce<\/strong>- use low sodium variety such as Kikkoman<\/li><li><strong>Shaoxing wine<\/strong>- Chinese cooking wine;
