You can substitute with lime, lemon, or orange juice for a bright, fresh taste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fresh ginger<\/strong>- grate the ginger to extract the most flavor. If you don't have fresh on hand, you can substitute one teaspoon of ground ginger.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Garlic<\/strong>- mince the fresh cloves to get the most flavor. I prefer to use fresh, but you can use \u00bc teaspoon of garlic powder in a pinch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sriracha sauce<\/strong>- optional but highly recommended. Cook the salmon over hot coals for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until opaque and flakes easily with a fork and until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 145 F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oven<\/strong>- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 F for about 10 to 12 minutes or until a thermometer inserted at the thickest part reads 145 F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Air Fryer<\/strong>- Brush the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the salmon in a single layer with enough space in between to allow air circulation.
